Auto Claims Adjuster - Total Loss

The "Auto Claims Adjuster " - Total Loss is a critical member of our claims team. This role is responsible for confirming coverage and liability, as well as, reviewing appraisal and inspection photographs. Additionally, this role will negotiate settlements while adhering to company best claim practices and State compliance standards.
Skills required for this role include:
- Proficiency with / and ability to understand and follow regulations for State jurisdictions.
- Ability to operate in a fast paced customer focused environment, while effectively utilizing telephony and claims operating systems
- Acting as mentor, trainer, peer leader within unit
- Handling complex total losses such as campers, specialty vehicles, etc.
- Staying current with changes in technology and processes
Requirements of this role are:
- Prior Claims experience "Required"
- Strong customer service skillsÂ
- Obtain and maintain state mandated adjuster licenses
