About the Team :
The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. We work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.

Responsibilities :
- Thoroughly analyze risk cases to identify key characteristics and attributes. Promptly incorporate relevant risk materials, such as words, images, or videos, into the auto moderation platform.
- Conduct the risk material in multiple languages for auto moderation, ensuring it's efficiency and operational capability. Monitor the effectiveness of the material package by analyzing performance data and adhering relevant policies. Implement improvements to enhance risk detection accuracy.
- Optimize the operational efficiency of auto moderation through platform improvements and effective use of platform tools. Ensure timely interception of risk materials to mitigate potential harm. Conduct complex analyses and translate the results into actionable recommendations.
- Develop operational processes and plans for the auto moderation workflow. Align with business requirements and risk control methodologies. Establish a comprehensive framework for the operation and maintenance of the auto moderation review platform.
- Fostering collaboration and influence across internal and external teams, including different regions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any disciplines, computing, or any analytics majors.
- English as the primary working language, and additionally literacy and fluent speakers of Arabic language is required to identify key risk characteristics and attributes in the language mentioned.
- Experience with MS Office skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of operational experience, preferably in technical operations, trust & safety, consulting, business analytics, or intelligence research environment.
- Able to adapt quickly to situations with strong analytical ability to make decisions.
