Office duties include and not limited to Project Management in all phases of management to new and on-going projects. Basic Qualifications: • Associates Degree of Science & Drafting or comparable working experience. • 5+ years related experience in construction • Preferred candidate would be someone who has experience in construction with knowledge of trades. • Experience in doing take-offs with Blue Beam or other software is preferred but not required. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel Experience: • Ability to edit, mark-up and publish documents. • Ability to review construction drawings, submit and process RFI’s, review project schedules, attend zoom calls and note taking. • Excellence in Digital file storage and documentation with effective file managing skills using Win 10 OS is a must. • Also aid in storing physical project documents in folders and sample boxes. • Estimating construction ID drawings and specs, creating proposals, change orders and other related office duties. • Excellent communication skills are a must. Ability to communicate with Clients, Vendors, GC, PM, Forman and Jobsite Superintendent, using Gmail or phone. • Experience working in similar office environment. • Also willing to learn and supports established methods and workflows in the process Project Management Duties include: • Estimating new projects, creating proposals in MS Excel, emailing pricing, or uploading through Procore servers • Communicate with GCs, Clients, Vendors, Jobsite Superintendent, and other trades using Gmail and phone. • Review construction drawings, Share CDs and CAD files with the drafting team to produce shop drawings. • Create, Edit, and publish shop drawings with AutoCAD as required. • Submit RFI on Procore or other Project Servers, and follow up with the status of submittals • Attend On-site meetings, Jobwalks, Design Meetings, MS teams meetings, etc. • Maintain organized digital files per project file folder system • Printing & storing physical CD Drawings, Samples, and other project documents in folders • Request samples from vendors and submit them for review • Assist with monthly Billing by filling in SSOV and G702/G703 forms, and provide information on all current projects' status for progress billing. • Generate support backup documents with pictures, invoices, and other documentation as required. • Creating CORs and maintaining change order log, actively following up with GC on the status of change orders Pay Range: • $65-70k/annual compensation – Flexible depending on experience • This job is non remote, considered candidate would be resident in Las Vegas or Henderson area. • This is a Full-time employment, with work schedule Monday – Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm.
