Fanatics Collectibles is looking for an Autograph Operations Manager to oversee the team, plan & allocate workload, drive improvement across auto ops processes, and ensure quality and process compliance. The Auto Ops Manager will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Transformation and, with their direct reports, is expected to 1) fully own the end-to-end process of receiving, inventorying, shipping, QC’ing, and processing Autographed Cards and 2) help identify & execute new systems, technologies, and processes to optimize autograph operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with top-notch analytical skills, a demonstrated propensity for solving difficult problems, and a clear team-first mindset. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will find themselves a strong cultural fit.
Within the next 6 months, you'll will:
- Learn the ins & outs of the Auto Ops function
- Build relationships and collaborate with Athlete Partnerships & Manufacturing
- Construct daily/weekly/monthly & product-level reports to accurately assess team productivity & progress
- Manage & schedule resources across core functions (QC, shipping, stickers, inventory, PO processing)
- Coordinate accounting activities related to monthly physical inventory with subsequent physical/accounting alignmentÂ
The ideal candidate:
- Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX based (or willingness to relocate)
- 4-6 years of experience, with a preference for Manufacturing / Operations-focused roles
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or similar preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle / ERP system is preferred
- Strong working knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PPT)
- Experience with data analysis / visualization tools is a plus (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
