Job Description

The Automation Analyst will have responsibility for building and delivering automated processes including designing, documenting, building and executing test automation processes using RPA tools. They will write business requirements for processes to be automated and coordinate with other automation analysts and automation controllers to create and deploy RPA solutions. Build scalable and efficient process automations and reusable components that can be used across different lines of business. Serve as a subject matter expert to others seeking to utilize RPA technologies to automate and streamline existing manual business processes.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• You will serve as a subject matter expert to others seeking to utilize RPA technologies to automate and streamline existing manual business processes.
• You will design Blue Prism process solutions in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions.
• You will configure new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand; as well as support existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
• You will utilize critical thinking and problem solving skills to resolve issues that arise in day to day running of Blue Prism processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or Engineering and 7+ years of related work experience or 13+ years of equivalent work experience.
