Overview
The Automation Developer will build and support robotic process automations using UiPath. The Automation Developer will develop, test, and implement UiPath bots based on specified user stories and the guidance of the Automation Product Owner, as well as monitor and troubleshoot bots post-launch. The Developer will be expected to be proficient with UiPath application development, with the ability to provide design feedback and accurate development time estimates.
What You’ll Do:
- Accurately design bots according to process requirements and SLAs provided by the Automation Product Owner
- Develop, deploy, and orchestrate/implement UiPath bots, attended and/or unattended, with stability and reusability in mind
- Read, extract and format data from documents (e.g., PDFs, spreadsheets) using Document Understanding, PDF reader, OCR, etc.
- Maintain bots by measuring performance, handling exceptions, and resolving service requests, incidents, and problems (upgrades, new feature deployments, etc); communicate any risks or planned upgrades in advance
- Communicate project updates to the Automation Product Owner in accordance with Agile, including raising conflicts, complications, and issues in the requirements
Who You Are:
- You have 2-3 years experience with building UiPath automations, including connecting UiPath to external systems via API and databases
- You have UiPath Advanced Developer certification or willingness to acquire one
- You have an in-depth understanding of ReFramework and performer/dispatcher architecture and queue processes
- You’re a structured and detail-oriented thinker, able to foresee and flag risks to the Automation Product Owner before they delay timelines
- You’re familiar with Agile practices and thrive in a fast-paced environment

The salary range is $60,000-$105,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, AbleTo offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
