Automation Lead with Playwright, Typescript and Cypress.(7+ Yrs of exp)

As a Technical Lead in QA Engineering, you will be in charge of our team, making sure our projects are of the highest quality and reliability. Your role is key in improving city living, creating new ways for companies to use media, and making healthcare better. Your leadership will help our solutions be the best they can be.

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the IT field, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of testing strategies, methodologies, and automation in complex software development environments.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in QA roles, with a proven track record of managing high-performing QA teams and leading large-scale testing initiatives.
• Hands on Experience in Playwright, JavaScript and Cypress.
• at least 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Expertise in QA automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete), with a strong command of programming languages relevant to automation (Python, Java, C#).
• Advanced project management skills, with a history of successfully managing projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and collaboration, with the ability to influence decisions and drive QA strategies across functions within 3Pillar and with external partners.
• Solid experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and DevOps methodologies, enhancing QA processes and productivity.
• Strong business acumen, with an understanding of industry trends, standards, and the competitive landscape, leveraging this insight to inform strategic QA decisions.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to tackling complex issues and the initiative to continuously enhance technical and leadership skills.
• Highly developed communication skills, proficient in engaging with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners to advocate for quality assurance excellence and influence strategic directions.
