Our partner, Nail That Lead, a company specialising in managing customers' selling process, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Automation & Operations Associate to support their sales team in maximizing efficiency and improving operational processes. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales operations and analytics. The candidate will assist with data management, reporting, e-mail marketing and day-to-day coordination between the sales and other departments.

The person will be responsible for:

• Supporting the sales team by managing and organizing sales data.
• Assisting with creating reports and dashboards to track sales performance.
• Maintaining the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Collaborating with sales and e-mail marketing departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Helping streamline sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinating sales meetings and providing administrative support.

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
