Role:; Intelligent Process Automation Functional Partner
About the position:
This requirement is for a dynamic & seasoned individual who brings in extensive knowledge of working in functional space of Interactive & Intelligent/Cognitive Process Automation, Adaptive intelligent case-style workflow orchestration, AI-ML semantics & NLP based document processing, Digital Communication solutions that transform agent driven interactions to automated self-service touch points. This individual will work with the Technical SMEs to take Wipro's offering to business teams owning the sales process. It will be important that the individual understands the different stakeholders and their expectations in this space. The position is for an individual contributor who will work as part of the advisory team. The focus can be a one large engagement / customer account or a set of accounts. Functional partner will provide advice and support to businesses about technology that can perform critical tasks and processes., will recommend and configure technology-based solutions to address our client's business needs.

Responsibilities
- Be a functional partner to customer's business team to drive business KPIs for industry verticals.
- Lead consulting engagements to define business vision and business case along with functional / business architecture for new implementations.
- Partner with customers to look at end to end process orchestration, automation touchpoint & enablement, Digital Adoption with the objective of realizing more value for business.
- Execute consulting engagements to discover opportunities for improvement in business process, Intelligent document processing and Cognitive decision making
- Support business development through proactive opportunity identification, proposition development, RFP responses.
- Consulting led new wins and incremental growth in existing relationships for Operation optimization, Digital Customer Service, Workplace Experience, Paperless Enterprise, Intelligent Case Management
Experience -
Skills and expertise
- 15 + years of experience in working in process automation space with exposure to intelligent process platforms | Cognitive processing | AI | ML | NLP and data visualization models
- Knowledge of defining roadmaps and strategy for industry domains like Banking & Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, Utilities
- Understands the full spectrum of business process transformation program execution from strategy definition to execution.
Role demands
- Role will support the functional development of IT applications in his/her area of responsibility including Plans, designs, develops, and implements efficient IT systems in support of assigned organizational functions.
- Applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary and distributed teams .
- Personal drive and Self-guided attitude
