CCO Technology is seeking a Product Manager on the Solution Delivery team. As a product manager, you will utilize agile delivery methods to drive the regular release of new service-enhancing features and solutions powered by SaaS applications. In this role you will act as product manager on an agile dev team, translate customer needs into stories, and manage the product backlog to maximize the value of the team's delivery and products in your portfolio.
The Solution Delivery team partners with stakeholders from Clear Channel's Corporate and Regional offices to enhance and improve the technologies that they use every day to perform their job. This includes HR and Financial systems, productivity tools, API, IAM, BI, content portals, and project and workflow management systems. We are an integral part of ensuring that Clear Channel Outdoor operates smoothly and meets our commitment of excellence to our customers.
What you'll do
- Partner with your business stakeholders to set product vision, establish strategic priorities, build product roadmaps and delivery plans
- Develop a deep understanding of your customer's challenges and needs and effectively represent the "voice of the customer" on your team
- Own and manage the team's product backlog, and be accountable for maximizing the impact and value of the team's output
- Develop user stories and bring clarity to what needs to be built, for whom, why it is important, and what business value should be delivered as an outcome
- Establish and measure KPIs that bring transparency to product success and business value delivered to key stakeholders
- Actively communicate with all stakeholders to ensure visibility into the team's work and elicit feedback frequently to ensure the product direction matches changing business needs.
- Evaluate product capabilities regularly to maximize investments and expose new or emerging capabilities to meet customer demand
- Establish processes, practices, and solutions for prioritizing and sequencing work against other valuable work in the backlog
- Ensure that intake for tactical work (tickets, emails, and chat) is captured and prioritized against more strategic efforts (stories, epics, OKRs, and projects)
- Partner with Practice Leader as a thought leader on setting strategic priorities for the team and products
- Partner with other technology teams to understand their priorities and constraints as is appropriate for current efforts
- Partner with Delivery Manager to ensure that work is progressing timely and to scope
About you
- You have worked as a product manager (or similar) on an agile team delivering enterprise-class business software, technology services and/or support
- You have strong empathy for your product users, and obsessively champion their needs with your engineering team
- You are incredibly curious about your product user teams and how they support the overall business
- You are exceptional at communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels, in different shapes depending on the context
- You know how to manage a product backlog, and are fanatical about prioritization and maximizing the value yield of your team
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams
- You are passionate about what you do and have a high interest in keeping up with current best-practices in your areas of expertise
- You believe transparency, honesty, and setting reasonable expectations are the cornerstone of successful delivery
Job Qualifications
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably business administration, information systems, or computer science) or comparable work experience
Work Experience
- 3+ years full-time employment in technology-related roles (i.e., technology consulting, corporate IT, tech startup) with increasing levels of responsibility
- 3 years experience implementing enterprise solutions, specifically ServiceNow and other workflow and automation tools
- 3+ years managing the delivery of enterprise-class business software, technology services and support
- 2+ years developing business requirements and technical specs at progressive levels of detail (i.e., epics, features, user stories) with a focus on defining business value as part of the story
- 2+ years with project management and story prioritization, leveraging proven methods of prioritization by comparative ROI and delivered value metrics
- 2+ years utilizing agile delivery methods, practices, and frameworks (ie., Scrum, Kanban, FDD, Lean)
- 2+ years developing domain knowledge of core business functions, processes and enabling technologies

- Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands

- This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment
