In this role, you will:

• Define, develop, execute, and maintain automated test framework code and test scripts using Playwright/TypeScript

• Participate in code review for test automation code

• Apply SAFe/Agile principles to ensure quality is built into the software development process

• Create and maintain test documentation and test cases

• Work closely with product owners, product definition analysts, and developers to identify testing areas as early as the design phase

• Work with the Agile team to identify and diagnose the root causes of defects

• Analyze test results and provide recommendations to improve the quality of the software products

• Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies and tools

About the ideal candidate

To succeed in your new role, you’re required to have relevant experience in the following areas:

• Previous work experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.

• Experience writing test automation with Playwright/ TypeScript or Selenium

• Experience with test management tools, such as Jira or Zephyr

• Understanding of HTTP and web technologies is a plus

• Experience working in an Agile self-managed team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software products

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Fluency in English

• Experience with Java would be considered a plus
