What You Will Do:

• Responsible for testing all software releases including new features, enhancements, and defects fixes. Manual testing, strong requirements analysis, test writing, and the ability to contribute to automated test effort.
• Contribute to the design and building of an automation test framework for a complex, highly customizable website.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases by collaborating with architects, developers and project managers.
• Design, build and maintain automated tests and test suites for new features as well as existing functionality in browser, command-line and API-based applications.
• Create and manage test data for use by automation test scripts.
• Perform manual testing according to test plans.
• Identify, record, thoroughly document and track defects.
• Augment automated regression test scripts when defects are resolved.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in software testing
• At least 3+ years doing automated testing using either Selenium IDE or Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience in various testing methodologies such as White Box, Black Box, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing and others
• Experience on 508 testing and use of JAWS tool
• Experience in creation and execution of test plans
• Experience in setting up and managing test environments
• Experience in API Testing using SoapUI. Postman.
• Experience in SQL Queries and data base Testing
• Preferred qualifications: Experience coding using Java as the primary programming language and Performance Testing
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

What Would Be Nice to Have:

• Experience in Performance/Load Testing.
• Prior experience in Java developer a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $76,700.00-$115,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
