As our dedicated Automation/AI Architect, you will play a crucial role in the Automation and Artificial Intelligence (A2I) Center of Excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to design and oversee the implementation of automation systems to drive business value based on our strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing automation systems to streamline processes and foster continuous learning and adaptation.
• Collaborating within IT, across Shared Services, and with Consulting Line partners to identify and productively use the appropriate tools and techniques to solve particular types of automation and Generative AI problems.
• Capturing and sharing institutional knowledge to elevate the team's capabilities including the development of architectural design patterns.
• Leading projects and acting as a critical focal point for the development and sharing of expertise in the domain.
• Supporting projects led by other teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of automation tools and AI technologies. You should have a comprehensive knowledge of automation tools and AI technologies to design and implement effective automation systems.
• Strong architectural and system design skills. You should be able to design robust and scalable automation systems that integrate with AI technologies.
• Problem-solving abilities. You should be able to identify and solve complex automation and AI problems.
• Familiarity with cloud services and DevOps practices. You should have experience with cloud services and DevOps practices to ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of automated processes.
• Proficiency in platforms. Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, ChatGPT, Workday, Salesforce, Mulesoft is highly desired.
