What We Offer: • Competitive pay • Ongoing training and professional development • Supportive team environment with experienced leadership • Health, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits • Paid time off • 401(K) plan with potential for employer match Your Responsibilities: • Prepare financial statements and submit them in accordance with an established timeframe • Interpreting and analyzing financial statements • Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the store to ensure compliance with dealership accounting processes and policies • Prepare and submit required statements and reports • Manage staff to ensure corporate responsibilities and initiatives are attained • Safeguard store assets to ensure internal controls are in place • Ability to train and mentor future accounting leaders What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 5 years of automotive dealership accounting experience • Proficient in both account reconciliations and accounting processes • Extensive knowledge of PBS • Leadership experience • Proven leadership abilities with effective verbal and written communication • Strong Microsoft Office skills • Self-motivated and able to partnership with operations Ready to take the next step?
