Automotive Locksmith Customer Service Representative

Due to our recent expansion, we are looking to hire an Automotive Locksmith Customer Service Representative immediately in the San Antonio area. The Automotive Locksmith Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the on-site key production and customer support during our promotional campaigns throughout the metro area. This mobile van operator and overall retail manager, will have a passion for sales, marketing and a knowledge or experience in the automotive industry. Car Keys Express provides full, paid-training throughout our Management Training/Apprenticeship program. Van/vehicle will be provided for mobile car key production and therefore a clean driving record is necessary! Responsibilities: • Programing keys, re-keying and cutting to code • Creating automotive keys and programming transponders • Maintaining a company vehicle, audits, and accurate logs of sales • Manage on-site Inventory • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions Requirements: • Previous experience in Automotive, Installation, sales or related field preferred • Previous sales and customer service experience • Must be responsible, reliable and able to work without constant supervision • Strong work ethic and a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to lift car hoods, disconnect batteries, enter/ exit other vehicles • Driver's License (Required) and <21 need not apply per client and insurance requirements • Positive and professional demeanor • Family oriented and strong responsible values • 7 year clean background check • The ability to wear more than one hat in a day / shift • Results and growth-oriented Pay for this position will range from $55,000 to $90,000 on an annual basis, plus up to a 10% bonus. Salary is commensurate with experience. Pay raises are typically higher than the national average for those who apply themselves and are promoted as they hit client sales goals and grow with the company.
