Automotive Sales Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to customers looking for Tires and or wanting service on their vehicles. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key in guiding customers through their visit. If you have a passion for automobiles and a knack for sales, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. • Provide detailed information about tire features, specifications, and pricing. • Provide detailed information about automotive maintenance, review services provided professionally. • Offer exceptional customer service throughout the entire visit. • Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings to better serve customers. Requirements • Min 5 Years experience in Automotive Tire and Service shop is required. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; public speaking abilities are a plus. • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. • A valid driver's license is required for test drives and customer interactions.
