Automotive Sales Associate

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets - Engage with potential customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and preferences - Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of different vehicles - Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up - Utilize effective sales techniques, such as active listening, objection handling, and negotiation, to close deals - Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing options for customers - Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions - Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills Requirements: - Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar retail sales role is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in retail math calculations for pricing and financing options - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets - Familiarity with outbound sales techniques, including cold calling and prospecting - Professional phone etiquette and strong public speaking skills If you are passionate about sales, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we would love to hear from you!
