THE POSITION
• Design, Implement and Test SW for the real time Core or microcontroller of Telematics products• Analyze problem reports, determine the root cause and implementation of fixes• Integration of CAN database changes, diagnostics database updates• Work with AUTOSAR SW configurations, design and implementation of complex device drivers and debug across the AUTOSAR layers/components• Participate in sprint/PI planning, SCRUM, and continuous improvement tasks• Adhere to Continental's SW development process and follow ASPICE practices• Support on-site troubleshooting activities

Job Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in: Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent• Good programming skills with C or C++• Good understanding of microcontrollers architecture• Familiarity with UART, I2C, SPI or other embedded serial communication protocols• Basic understanding of electrical schematics• Willingness to travel (< 10% of the time)• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
