We are committed to growing your career, so in this role you will:

• Analysis of property level cash flows in conjunction with available market data to estimate property valuation, market income, expenses, and cap rates. 
• Comparative analysis between underwritten cash flows and current operations (including rent roll analysis). 
• Assist special servicing asset managers in preparation of business plans and in the maintenance of AIMS database. 
• Analyze loan and real estate collateral data including loan documents, title policies, surveys, legal descriptions, third-party reports, and current market data. 
• Abstract servicing agreements for any specially serviced assignments and ensure AIMS is updated to reflect requirements noted within the agreements. 
• Load data-specific information within AIMS for any newly assigned special servicing loans. 
• Prepare and distribute special servicing monthly reports including but not limited to internal policy exceptions (including pre-negotiation agreements, business plan due dates and distributions/notifications, OSARs, site inspections, environmental reports, appraisal reports, appraisal reductions, accounting closings, etc.) monthly activity recap and asset assignments, active loan lists and REO lists and ancillary fee log, etc. 
• Assist in the preparation of materials for Rating Agency reviews.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
• Two + years commercial real estate experience 
• Strong excel skills 
• Strong analytical and communication skills
