Major Responsibilities:

• Support PMO Lead with enterprise-wide efforts (i.e., IBOR Transition) at a workstream level

• Maintain the reporting dashboards for program and key stakeholder review
• Enhance, verify and quality control the workstream Work Breakdown Strategy (WBS), including identification of risks, issues, dependencies, deadlines and status
• Conduct review of RAID Log by ensuring quality, accuracy, and closure of RAID items are done in consistent basis by interfacing with all nine LIBOR Transition Workstreams.
• Facilitate workstream meetings and drive resolution to RAID items, WBS and escalations
• Track Workstream action plans, review for quality, liaise with workstream leads for resolution of any identified issues.
• Establish sound relationships that facilitate constructive problem solving and innovative solutions with lines of business, support departments and other program teams
• Proactively support the PMO Lead to create tactical & strategic solutions in partnership with Business and all related support departments
• Review and challenge solutions and plans to ensure readiness with sufficient controls, processes and resources in place
• Foster group-wide co-operation, co-ordination and communication between the business lines

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• 3-6 years of experience in change efforts
• 3-6 years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, Markets or Treasury
• In depth banking products & services is required
• Ability to effectively and accurately manage large volumes of complex tasks. Working knowledge and experience of the Banking or Financial services industry.
• Strong communications both internally and externally with all levels
• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus
• PMP certification a plus
