Role Summary/Purpose:
As the AVP, GTM Enablement Lead , you will report directly to the VP, Enterprise POS & Servicing Enablement , leading and supporting Synchrony products and services for both our internal and external clients. This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of product, feature, capability and channel enablement efforts for the Enterprise, and coordinating design and development with Salesforce and RAPID platforms.
This position requires significant collaboration with Go to Market, Product, Digital Design and Enablement, Tech Ops, Marketing, Platform SI leaders and second line of defense teams (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Fair Lending).

Essential Responsibilities:
- Define and gather requirements and timelines while focusing on quality and timely delivery; organize and lead project working meetings; prepare and communicate project progress and issues; manage risks and issues logs and other required documentation. Perform delivery planning for assigned projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into working solutions that bridge multiple platforms.
Plan and prioritize features and user stories to ensure work focuses on those that match Synchrony objectives and goals; co-ordinate with build team and lead the release plans - Provide clear, complete, and timely communication that updates relevant business stakeholders on project status and periodically publishes project status reports
- Manage the execution and delivery of new business/products by managing across all GTM teams to understand milestones and ensure quality and readiness for the project.
- Develop and implement new processes, technology, and related infrastructure to support the client and Synchrony Financial requirements.
- Design and maintain process maps and playbooks to improve speed to market, process simplicity, compliance requirements, and profitable growth.
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree. I n lieu of deg ree, 6 + years of Operations, Production or IT experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in delivering formal communications to either senior business leaders or key external business partners.
- Minimum of 5-year experience in cross-functional collaboration teams and leading projects/initiatives
- Experience managing a project through the full life cycle

The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD Annual
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
- New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
