AVP, Launch

The WelbeHealth PACE program helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing all-inclusive medical care and community-based services. We are led by our mission and values as we expand into local communities nationwide.  

The Associate Vice President (AVP), Launch will have ownership of the operational launch strategy, playbook, planning, and implementation of new facilities. The AVP, Launch will also collaborate with central operations and support teams to implement launch plans.  

Essential Job Duties: 

• Guide overall launch operational strategy and implementation for new PACE programs 

• Own new program pre-launch, launch, and immediate post-launch, before handoff to the ongoing market leadership 
• Oversee the WelbeHealth Launch Team’s operator and project manager  
• Spearhead the ongoing development and improvement of launch playbook, including standardized processes, tools, and metrics for efficient launch operations 
• Communicate reporting updates for new site launches (e.g., certificate of occupancy, SRR, 3Way) 

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, professional experience may be substituted  
• Master’s Degree preferred 
• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant management experience, preferably in an operations setting involved in launching new healthcare facilities in California 
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated aptitude to mentor and develop team members

 Salary/Wage base range for this role is $178,640.00 - $223,299.50 + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
