Role Summary/Purpose:

Reporting to the SVP, GM Veterinary Market, this role works directly with the Equine Team leader & specialty equine tea m along with the CareCredit field and inside sales organizations to drive and support CareCredit usage and growth. The role will cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives with in equine expansion segments and will work cross functionally to execute initiatives and strategies. This role will also coordinate with marketing and analytics teams to develop and execute resources in the equine market, as well as other cross business activities that advance the CareCredit Equine/ Pet business.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop targeted equine expansion strategies specific to:

    • Universities (Teaching Hospitals and Veterinary Student organizations)
    • Industry Partner relationships - VMG, VGP, AAEVT, AAEP others.
    • Multi-Location Equine Practices
    • Targeted Independent Equine Providers
  • Partner with industry marketing to develop and execute marketing content and tradeshow initiatives as relevant
  • Seek out and develop relationships with influential equine practices and top CareCredit equine providers that currently do not have specialized PDM support
  • Cross collaborates and partners closely with SAPDS team member to grow the portfolio of practice acquisition & deepen utilization
  • Assess performance metrics and leverage data to contribute to the overall growth strategy.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure understanding of CareCredit programs, policies and requirements and to enhance sales and profitability of their, and other strategic initiatives of the CareCredit Pet business.
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience in Financial Services.
  • 3+ years of sales/marketing experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in delivering sales presentations to internal senior business leaders or external business partners.
  • Ability to travel 50% of time , including overnight and some weekend travel.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Bachelor's degre e in business , Marketing, Fin ance or related field.
  • 5 + years of Veterinary Industry Equine experience
  • Understanding of installment and revolving credit market in including credit compliance requirements.
  • Strong performance track record and focus on results.
  • Highly motivated with ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver on deadlines.
  • Experience with contact management software and Salesforce.com.
  • In-depth understanding of concepts and principles and basic commercial awareness.
  • Analytical thinker with excellent communication and training skills.
  • P roven ability to work remotely and independently.

Grade/Level: 11

The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
  • N ew hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
