AVP, Product Analyst

Nuveen is seeking a talented Product Analyst to be a part of the Nuveen Global Product team. The Product Analyst will interact with Nuveen business units, including Fund Board Relations; Investment Oversight; Legal and Compliance; Operations and Fund Administration in supporting various product initiatives and the 15c process.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Partner with Fund Board Relations and Board of Trustees to develop an innovative a streamlined 15c review process covering over 150 funds (OEFs, ETFs, and CEFs).
• Collaborates with and maintain relationships with external 15c partners.
• Constructs in-depth peer fee and expense analysis across all asset classes.
• Collaborate with portfolio management, legal, marketing, and other cross-functional teams for various projects on product rationalization (mergers/liquidations), new product launches, and other actions impacting the Nuveen product lineup.

Base Pay Range: $87,200/yr. - $145,400/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
