Role Summary/Purpose:

This role will function as the subject matter expert and principal contact for the Enablement Cloud suite of tools - Seismic DocCenter & Whatfix. The role will involve, partnering with internal stakeholders on Enablement planning & strategy, lead projects partnered with internal and external resources in build efforts, and lead day-to-day administration of the tools(s)

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Complete the building out and maintaining of a unified Enablement process for client interactions
  • Serve as the primary Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the for all uses of the Seismic DocCenter
  • Project manage building of enablement tools (Engagement Talk Tracks) in partnership with stakeholders within Seismic DocCenter
  • Assist in the implementation, and ongoing vitality of an Enablement planning process that ensures all content remains up to date and current
  • Maintain the current catalog engagement content, ensuring updates & expirations occur as business needs dictate to ensure ongoing governance, relevance & vitality
  • Partnership with GTM Training process owner(s) to ensure training content relevant to the Enablement Cloud is deployed within the digital tools as needed, and ensure ongoing vitality of that content within those tools
  • Manage the Enablement Cloud case queue within Salesforce (Seismic DocCenter & Whatfix), to ensure that new talk track / user story implementations are deployed to the correct user base in a timely manner.
  • Manage reporting on both user engagement & document usage - tying back to effectiveness measures in partnership with SFE Analytics team
  • Support business reporting process of engagement & acumen metrics
  • Support and partner with peers as part of the larger SFE Enablement Platforms Team
  • Additionally, this role will coordinate with the Larger Sales Force Effectiveness Team and support the larger initiatives of that team
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree. In lieu of degree, HS Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience with Sales, Technology or Project Management with digital tools management experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Sales, Technology or Project Management with digital tools management experience
  • Experience with Seismic, HighSpot, ClearSlide, DocSend or other sales enablement tools
  • Must complete Seismic Admin Certification (Seismic University) within 6 months

Desired Characteristics:

  • Strong organization skills
  • Very strong oral and written presentation skills
  • Ability to work remotely as part of a remote-based team
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Engagement Tools familiarity - MS Teams, & Zoom a plus
  • Project Management & coordination experience a plus
  • Ability to interact with key business stakeholders in the cataloging, and developing content in support of, specific business processes within the digital suite, in a project environment.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and develop procedures a plus
  • Ability to work in a self-paced, dynamic environment, but with key deliverable timelines
  • Desired operating knowledge of:

    • Seismic DocCenter
    • Seismic Lessonly
    • Salesforce.com
    • Salesforce Maps
    • Salesforce Outlook integration
    • Marketing Cloud
    • Apple iOS Mobility familiarity from an end-user perspective is a plus.

Grade/Level: 11

The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD Annual

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
