Role Summary/Purpose:
To build & deliver an enhance operating model for our CareCredit business and to drive seamless integration & proactive communication across the CC Business team and the Agency. This is delivered through more transparent communication, a deeper insight in to the CC Marketing Plan & processes, a thorough understanding of the execution process, a proactive approach to project management & the insight to guide and support the client teams to deliver against their business goals. The Operating model will leverage agile principles.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Drive integration & efficiency of Agency communication operating rhythm leveraging agile principles
- Engage with CC business owners to understand & deliver against the campaign goals to drive growth for the business
- Partner with CMM's to define, communicate and prioritize campaigns/initiatives
- Provide data & production requirement support for campaigns with high complexity & high visibility to ensure seamless delivery
- Lead omnichannel campaign delivery planning, execution, and optimization for assigned client relationships across primary marketing channels including direct mail, email, paid media, and earned media
- Engage, coordinate & lead project management for Omnichannel marketing campaigns ensuring growth strategy deliverables are achieved
- Build relationships/networks across key functional areas that support marketing execution plans
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of degree high school diploma/GED and 8+ years of professional experience in sales, marketing, operations in a corporate environment
- 5+ years of marketing experience to include Project Management and client relationship experience
Desired Characteristics:
- Project management experience and the ability to prioritize, navigate changes and deliver to plan
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and partner with all levels of employees; internal and external partners/suppliers.
- Team player; flexibility to pivot with strategy, regulatory and market changes; and proven ability to work cross functionally, as well as within own function
- Agile skill sets, team, process, tools and/or methods experience
- Keen understanding of data & production requirement development & how integrate with delivery platforms
- General understanding of direct mail, email, paid & earned media channels with the goal of becoming an SME
- Consumer financial services experience with exposure to credit card or retail environment
- Prior Agency Account Management Experience
Grade/Level: 11
The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD Annual
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
- New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
