AVP, Technology Marketing Program Manager
Job Description
Role Summary/Purpose:
The Technology Marketing Program Manager is responsible for leading growth and process improvement initiatives for the Marketing function. This role will require collaboration with key Technology Application Engineering leads, cross functional business leaders and our vendors or external suppliers. This individual interfaces with all levels of the organization and across product, marketing, technology, and other teams.
This is a high visibility position and the right candidate represents core values such as leadership, candor, productivity, responsiveness, quality and collaboration. This role is evaluated by the caliber and clarity of their communication, the effectiveness of their ability to gain cross team alignment and by the success of the product launch readiness. Ideal candidate will have experience supporting a Marketing organization or MarTech stack.
This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop, sell, and implement project plans, beginning with project team structure and resource assignment, and ending with a control plan identifying both business process metrics and Technology platform quality requirements.
- Improves processes, products, and services supporting effective delivery of solutions
- Understand and communicate business needs to internal teams and to third-party vendors
- Promote high standards of professional integrity on all proposed and actual client business Solutions
- Ability to deliver work in an Agile framework
- Remove impediments and coach the team on removing impediments. Resolve conflicts and issues that occur. Help the teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Lean-Agile-SAFe framework and to achieve higher levels of SAFe maturity.
- Well versed in all Scrum/SAFe ceremonies: Daily Standups, Backlog maintenance and Grooming, Sprint Planning and Review, Release Planning, Demos & Retrospectives, Scrum-of-Scrums, Inspect and Adapt event, and PI Planning.
- Espouse, advocate, practice and coach teams in SAFe core values, Lean-Agile mindset and SAFe principles.
- Forecast, track and manage project budgets, POs and invoices
- Manage a geographically dispersed team of technology resources to complete all aspects of the project, including, but not limited to, estimation, planning, requirements, design, build, test, and release to production
- Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships and provide critical communication to key leaders and stakeholder
- Guide teams to agree on a Definition of Done - align teams around what quality means and how it is built into the solution.
- Manage and lead multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity, involving cross- functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
- Understand technical requirements of projects and effectively manage resources, vendors and clients
- Act as a liaison across various business functions on technology projects
- Resolve complex problems with limited coaching
- Execute new capabilities and technology
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of IT experience OR 2) in lieu of degree High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of Project Management experience in IT environment
- Minimum 4 years Project Management experience including working on gathering business requirements, planning and defining enhancements, and managing projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing digital marketing project lifecycle

- Demonstrated skills and experience in mediation, negotiation, argumentation, presentation and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated decision making with the proven ability to apply technology to solve business problems
- Strong attention to detail
- Desire to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team environment
- Strong customer focus and ability to manage customer expectations
- Possesses analytical and negotiation skills

Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
- New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).

The salary range for this position is 65,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD Annual
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
Grade/Level: 10
