We are a physician owned, led, and governed practice. The entire practice is centered around you as the urologist. We provide tremendous support and resources to help you succeed. We believe in alignment such that when you win, we win and most importantly patients win. Physicians have a chance to practice at the top of their license unlike many practices in the country.

A typical location includes physician offices, imaging, and two operating room surgery center. A typical week for our urologist is 2 days in the clinic, 2 days in the ASC, and one day at the hospital. Each physician typically hires a PA or NP within one year of starting to help augment your ability to provide the best care to our patients.

We offer participation in ancillary revenue including imaging, pathology, pharmacy, and research from day one. You can buy into one of our seven surgery centers from day one.

We are amongst the most progressive groups in the country. As an example, we provide fully outpatient, zero narcotic, outpatient robotic surgery in our ambulatory surgery center. We perform robotic prostatectomy, robotic pyeloplasty, robotic ureteral reconstruction, and robotic pelvic organ prolapse surgery in our ASCs on a daily basis.
