Awnings and Window Coverings Installer

If you recently saw a post about an installer, we are looking for another person for our awnings installation team. We hired two great people. One is thriving in the interior installation side. The other person has been doing well on the exterior installation team. Unfortunately, the second person, due to unforeseen circumstances, needs to move to be closer to family. So this time, we only have a (mostly) exterior installer role available. We are also willing to train someone with construction experience. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in craftsmanship, and don't mind working in the outdoors, this role is perfect for you. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of awnings and window coverings in residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities • Install awnings, blinds, shades, and other window treatments with precision and efficiency. • Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on proper usage and maintenance. • Work with your teammate to maintain a clean, well-functioning, and organized work vehicle. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines. Qualifications • Previous experience in awning or window treatment installation or a related field is preferred. • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and customer service abilities. • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed. • Comfortable working at heights using ladders and other equipment. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving a 14' box truck or have regularly driven a vehicle towing a trailer is a plus.
