Job Description
Our Commercial Banking division uses technology driven by innovative minds like yours to provide companies, as well as real estate owners and investors with a range of financial solutions designed to help them achieve their business goals. With annual client revenues ranging from $20 million to over $2 billion, the service and the solutions we provide are critical to both our and our clients' success.
As an experienced member of our Production Engineering team, we look first and foremost for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. You'll be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. Role Requirements and Expectations

• Hands-on lead to plan engagements to design, test, deploy, and validate the end-to-end resiliency and scalability of applications in the cloud
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and drive integrations in a hybrid-cloud environment
• In depth knowledge of web, messaging, database, microservices and service-oriented architecture
• Passionate about site reliability engineering (SRE) practices, new technologies and drive for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a computer science or engineering discipline
• 8+ years of experience in a large-scale environment with 3+ years migrating to AWS cloud
• Strong experience in orchestrating application deployments in Kubernetes platforms
• Strong experience in using monitoring tools e.g., AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Apica, Splunk, FluentD, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Nagios, Datadog, and CloudWatch
• Experience in design and execution of chaos engineering and validations
• Automation experience with Infrastructure as Code, using CloudFormation and Terraform
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development practices, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency coding experience with Java and/or Python
