Your Life within the OneCloud initiative:
- Lead the partnership between Atos and Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role reports to the Head of North America AWS Business Group.
- Work closely with Atos and AWS Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Partner Marketing to develop and drive pipeline of cloud transformation opportunities for Atos.
- Engage at the CxO level, technical personnel, and easily interact with sales executives.
- Think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges and convey compelling partner value propositions.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Work with Atos AWS Business group lead, Industry leads and regional stakeholders to define and execute high impact, joint sales and go-to-market programs for your territory/industry segments.
- Engage with the AWS field organization and end customers to create and drive Cloud Transformation opportunities for Atos.
- Become a key member of the assigned Industry segments and work in close partnership to drive cloud opportunities with AWS driving engagement with AWS counterparts.
- Prepare and provide business reviews on a Monthly and Quarterly basis for your assigned Industry segments.
- Understand the Industry leads objectives and work closely with AWS to define and develop industry solutions on AWS to further differentiate and build preference with AWS sellers.
- Communicate to AWS Partner team, Atos Field Sales, solution architects, business development and other interested parties, Atos capabilities and successes with AWS.
- Establish cadence of management meetings regionally to develop the partnership.
- Prepare and execute joint account planning for industry accounts and territory accounts in your assigned industries/territory.
- Drive preference for Atos with AWS in large joint opportunities and manage escalations around teaming in deals.
- Prepare and provide AWS sales training on a periodic basis to ensure Atos stakeholders have up to date knowledge on commercials and AWS program.
Your Expertise:
- 10+ years of alliance management with experience building profitable global technology partnerships.
- Experience with AWS, knowledge of public cloud and infrastructure technologies, services and standards required.
- 7+ years of sales experience in an IT services company.
- Presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences and to engage and influence senior executives.
- Ability to create and meet joint solutions and GTM strategies and tactical plans.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field.
