We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AWS Software Development Lead with expertise in Data Streaming, specifically focusing on Kafka, in AWS ecosystem. As the Lead, you will play a critical role in translating solution architecture into implementation and leading a team of Java developers. Your deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies will guide the team to deliver high-quality solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your proficiency in Kafka and AWS services to establish data streaming guidelines, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
