We are looking for an experienced and versatile Microsoft Azure Cloud Architect & DevOps Engineer to join our innovative technology team. This hybrid role requires both strategic cloud architecture expertise and hands-on DevOps skills to deliver impactful solutions. As a key contributor, you will design and implement scalable, secure cloud infrastructures and optimize development and deployment pipelines to support business goals effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

Cloud Architecture:

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
• Analyze business requirements to recommend appropriate Azure services and solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed cloud architecture documentation and diagrams.

DevOps Engineering:

• Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Monitor application performance and infrastructure health, resolving issues as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve challenges related to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and applications.

Cloud Operations:

• Manage and configure Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage, networks, and security settings.
• Implement cloud migration strategies with minimal disruption to operations.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR).

Business Support:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams and other collaborators.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce time to market.

Qualifications and Skills

• 15+ years of experience in cloud architecture and/or DevOps engineering roles.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including computing, storage, networking, and security.
• Hands-on expertise with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and security best practices.
• Experience implementing compliance standards and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven ability to manage tasks effectively both independently and within a team setting.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
• Certifications such as AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions or AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions (preferred).
