GreenSky, a Goldman Sachs Company, is looking for an individual with advanced knowledge of Microsoft systems for a Vice President-Systems Engineering (Windows Engineer) role. The ideal person will be a seasoned Windows Engineer with experience supporting corporate infrastructure and Azure Cloud, Office365 and proficiency in PowerShell scripting.

The successful candidate will join a team of IT professionals responsible for the management of systems within our corporate and production infrastructure.

We have multiple teams where your properly built and documented creations can be passed to for administration so you can build even more exciting solutions.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Plan the architecture and engineer the solution for our administrators.
• Partner with Security and Compliance to design immediate or long-term requests for hardening of systems and closing of security gaps.
• Effectively documenting processes and procedures to be handed off to our TOC (Technical Operations Center) and Help Desk, and Admin teams. This documentation is also key to our recurring certification for PCI compliance.
• Addressing requests and resolving issues submitted in the ticketing system. Improving and automating resolutions to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Mentor more junior members of the team to advance their skillsets.

Minimum Requirements:

• 10+ years with Microsoft Technologies as your focus.
• 5+ years with demonstratable PowerShell Scripting skills.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure Cloud Management.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Server engineering and administration.
• 5+ years with Office365 and its technologies (SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, etc)

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Microsoft or CompTIA Certification

Basic Skills:

• Knowledge of commonly used security concepts, practices, and procedures
• Advanced knowledge of AD (Active Directory) , Group Policy
• Advanced knowledge of email
• File share storage systems (NetApp)
• Experience with MDM
• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP communications
• Advanced server hardware or virtual hardware knowledge
• Understanding of sub netting networks, network architecture and DNS
• Experience with patching Servers, firmware updates and driver challenges
• Attentive to detail
• Advanced knowledge with automation through code
