Job Description:

As a Data Architect - Azure, you will work in the Technology team that helps deliver our Data Engineering offerings at large scale to our Fortune clients worldwide. The role is responsible for innovating, building and maintaining technology services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Strategy Development: Define and implement a robust data strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives. Leverage Azure Cloud capabilities to optimize data management, storage, and processing.
• Cloud Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of cloud solutions on Azure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Guide the team in deploying and managing cloud-based applications and services.
• Generative AI and Timbr: Integrate Generative AI models and Timbr's knowledge graph solutions into the data architecture. Develop use cases and applications that harness these technologies to deliver business value.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business units.
• Technical Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to the technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud computing, AI, and data management.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards and regulations. Implement robust security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Tech Architect with a strong background in Azure Cloud.
• Demonstrated expertise in defining and implementing data strategies.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies and Timbr knowledge graph solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of Azure services and architecture.
• Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Pyspark.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Leadership and project management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer).
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
