Job Title: Azure Platform Admin (Remote)

Roles and responsibilities:

• Use Terraform/Ansible automation templates or manual approach to deploy Azure PaaS services with specialization in PaaS resource provisioning of the following Azure services:
  • Azure DataBricks
  • Azure ML Ops
  • Azure Storage ADF Key Vault Log Analytics
  • Azure Kubernetes
• Application Service Environment Web and Function Apps
• Build private and service endpoints NSG rules routing firewalls
• Set up CI/CD for Azure DevOps
• Configure and supervise Azure PaaS services Git GitHub
• Use ServiceNow for Service Request Incidents and Change Request management and follow ITSM policies

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years hands-on experience:
  • Using Terraform automation templates or manual approach to deploy Azure PaaS.
  • Azure network (creation of private and service endpoints NSG rules routing firewalls internal and external web applications Azure VNets Subnets Azure network settings CIDR address blocks DNS settings security policies.
  • Azure DevOps
  • Scripting (PowerShell Python Azure CLI)
• Experience with web security; Understanding Fundamentals of firewalls and ports
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and logging tools
• Experience configuring and supervising Azure PaaS services Git GitHub
• Ability to pick up ITSM tools like ServiceNow

Leadership skills:

• Customer focus Ownership Bias for Action.
• Excellent remote teamwork skills.
• Experience working in a matrix organization with diverse priorities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills along with partnership and listening skills.
• Ability to work with agile delivery methodologies and to conceptualize requirements & design iteratively with business partners without formal requirements' documentation.

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $115500.00 – $135500.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
