B2B Content Marketing Specialist

Swenson He is seeking a talented, self-motivated B2B Content Marketing Specialist to enhance our marketing lead generation efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a top-rated, fast growing digital agency providing custom mobile app solutions for our clients. This role is initially a part-time contractor position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage marketing initiatives by planning, executing, and tracking lead generation programs such as content marketing, aggregator review sites, social media, etc.
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice
- Develop and manage B2B content including blogs, case studies, social media marketing programs (LinkedIn), emails and public relations efforts
- Setup, monitor and evaluate campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness
- Conduct market research and identify trends
- Define and improve processes and tools for enhancing lead generation
- Manage the Swenson He website content

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, including lead generation
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as sharp attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
- Firm grasp on various digital marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including experience with Google Analytics, content marketing campaigns, SEO, UTM code setup, etc.
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com
- Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics, create reports and make recommendations based on insights
- Must have a high level of creativity
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn, continuously improve and grow
Benefits
Hourly rate: $20-$25/hour depending on experience and qualifications
