HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Event Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading and managing compelling marketing strategies and integrated campaigns to increase brand recognition, drive lead generation, and expand client relationships through a full range of industry and targeted conferences, events and webinars attended and/or sponsored by Millennium Trust. These events could be virtual, hybrid, or on site. We are looking for an innovative, out-of-the-box thinker. This individual will collaborate with the B2B marketing, public relations, sales, account management, and product teams, to develop the pre-plan strategy, execute the strategy, and ensure post-event that objectives have been met and communicated to all stakeholders. This individual will also manage relationships with multiple external vendors to meet schedules and manage deliverables for conference and promotional materials, marketing content, and related campaign plans to meet business goals while ensuring the accuracy, quality, and consistency of corporate brand standards.

- Working in close partnership with appointed teams, execute the organization's conference and events calendar, with focus on ensuring an optimal corporate brand presence, delivering high quality leads and pipeline generation, and assessing and maximizing ROI.
- Create a comprehensive marketing plan for each conference and event with key deliverables, tactics, timelines, and measurable results, ensuring alignment to clear strategic business goals and targets.
- Lead and drive execution of the respective marketing plans, ensuring that the event is completed on budget and target dates are reached for each tactical component.
- Maximize lead generation efforts, including developing pre-and post-event communications, creating sales and marketing goals, exhibiting at booth, and working closely with the sales team to ensure effective client journeys, secondary follow-up, and ongoing engagement journeys, as defined.
- Align with the marketing and sales teams' direction and CRM platform capabilities to identify, maintain, and deliver quantitative and qualitative reports and dashboards on conference and events.
- Serve as the team's expert to find efficiencies and implement best practices for conference goals, messages, audience alignment, lead generation campaigns, speaker plan, collateral, website and registration, and attendee experience.
- Manage outside vendor relationships and internal partnerships for marketing fulfillment, design, writing, printing, and supply management for each conference and event on the calendar.
- Work closely with sale event coordinator and B2B marketing team to ensure successful event logistics before, during, and after events, including (but not limited to) space setup and breakdown, catering support, name tags, signage, and vendor support
- Research, implement, and measure additional tactics and tools to boost conference and event engagement, leveraging digital and email marketing, media and advertising, content marketing, website, and social media.
- Drive and manage to the budget and internal approval process, including cross-functional approvals from sales, product, client service, and legal teams when required.

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:
- Bachelor's degree required. Marketing, communications or equivalent preferred.
- 4-7 years of experience, ideally with both B2B and B2C audiences in live events, virtual, hybrid and webinars. Financial services or Healthcare industry experience a plus.
- Demonstrated success in marketing for educational and business-focused events, conferences, conventions, and/or tradeshows (250-5000 attendees and sponsors) that includes planning, execution, reporting, and revenue growth.
- Must have experience with both traditional and digital marketing tactics.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects and programs that support business objectives from concept through execution.
- Ability to understand target markets and buyer needs to execute integrated marketing campaigns that attract, capture, and nurture new sales leads.
- Ability to proactively analyze, problem-solve, and make quick, sound decisions.
- Adaptability to a changing industry - demonstrate innovative ideas and moments where risks had to be taken for the growth of the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communications and project management skills.
- Experience with various marketing technologies/platforms such as CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (HubSpot, Marketing Cloud), content management systems, Workfront, Asana, etc. to go with strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to accurately manage multiple long-term multi-stage projects in a timely environment, and in close partnership with other teams.
