Job description:
PartySlate is looking for an analytical, hands-on, strategic B2B Marketing Associate to join the marketing team. As a Marketing Associate, you will serve as the go-to resource for reporting and analytics, fueling the company’s data-driven approach. You will discover and share strategic insights and recommendations to support business KPIs and growth. This role will partner with key stakeholders on the marketing team, as well as across sales, customer success, and product, to execute strategic campaigns, measure performance, implement optimizations, and report on learnings.
Responsibilities:
- Execute strategic email marketing campaigns to generate new leads, generate MQLs and SQLs, and convert leads to sales.
- Build and optimize campaign landing pages to drive key conversions for the business.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social, email, and more.
- Utilize tools such as Hubspot, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms to gather and interpret data.
- Build comprehensive reporting dashboards for the marketing team and executive team to quickly and easily understand performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify KPIs and develop reporting frameworks.
- Generate actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies, improve ROI, and drive overall business objectives.
- Provide operational support for the marketing team, including QAing content, creating SOPs, streamlining email communications, and more.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years experience in marketing or similar analytical role.
- Experience working at a Saas or marketplace company is a plus.
- Extremely proficient in HubSpot, including campaign optimization and landing page creation.
- Proficient in Google Analytics or related analytics tools.
- Demonstrated excellence in analytical thinking, process development and improvement, problem solving, and experimentation.
- Familiarity with marketing channels, including email and social.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent prioritization and project management skills.
- Driven, self-motivated, curious, and flexible.
- Team player with inspiring approach to cross-team collaboration.
