B2B Marketing Campaign Specialist - eviCore - Remote

The B2B Marketing Specialist will support the Segment Marketing Senior Advisor on the eviCore marketing team in the execution and analysis of business-to-business strategic marketing campaigns.

In this role the candidate will work with the Sr. Advisor to execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, projects and programs through strategic positioning, market messaging and other B2B marketing assets. The ideal candidate will exhibit a proven ability of executing and analyzing campaigns, with specific experience working cross-functionally to deliver against campaign goals.

Candidate will partner with their leader and capability centers in content development, differentiated market messaging, and overall marketing communications support in collaboration with cross-functional partners. To succeed in this role the candidate must possess a strong ability to navigate change in a complex matrixed environment, develop strong relationships, and proactively support team members in the successful drive towards meeting our goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implements marketing programs or projects that support organizational marketing objectives for volume, revenue, profit, customer acquisitions, retention and satisfaction.
• Manages the execution of these marketing plan initiatives/tactics to ensure successful implementation and desired results.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing Analyst and Lead Generation Advisor to analyze & summarize campaigns upon completion.
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goal; publishes regular performance reports, including campaign performance data and event participation and lead rates.
• Owns the editorial content calendar; partners with internal and external vendors to develop content, manage content review, and track all content approvals.
• Manages marketing projects and campaigns in project management system, hosting regular meetings to ensure campaigns timelines are being met and successfully executed.
• Oversees the repository of supporting marketing data, business knowledge, research, and industry insights so they can be leveraged for messaging, presentations and related assets in marketing and growth campaigns.
• Collaborates with peers to manage department/team priorities and work flow to support collective business needs as they arise.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL OFFER

• Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in marketing.
• Demonstrated success partnering with cross-functional teams developing, executing and measuring integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ability to take direction and to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or attention to detail.
• Significant experience extracting, tracking and analyzing marketing data.
• Experience with digital and project management tools such as Constant Contact, Google Analytics, and Wrike.
• Previous experience working with internal creative teams or outside agencies.
• Comfortable working in a highly-matrixed environment.
• Experience executing strategy within timeline, budget and quality standards
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
