Job Summary:
The B2B Content Marketing Specialist will play a key role in crafting coordinating and executing our content and social marketing efforts to increase engagement with solar pros and other key audiences. This role will focus on blog creation developing marketing collateral (flyers case studies newsletters) and leading LinkedIn and other campaigns and strategies targeted at B2B growth. Candidates with experience in SalesForce and/or HubSpot will thrive in this position especially if they bring a startup growth mindset.
While this position can be US-remote we strongly prefer candidates located in one of our areas of operation: New Orleans LA; Houston TX; Salt Lake City UT; Philadelphia PA; and the surrounding Northeast region (NJ CT MA RI NH).
This position is only open to remote candidates legally authorized to work in the United States and residing in the following states: AZ CA CO CT DC FL GA ID IL IN LA MA MD MA MI MS NC NH NJ NY OH PA RI SC TN TX UT & VA.
Essential Job Functions

Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging B2B content including blog posts case studies whitepapers flyers and other marketing materials that highlight the benefits of our solutions and engage contractor audiences.

Newsletter Compilation: Curate and compile regular B2B newsletters that deliver value to our audience maintain high engagement rates and drive continued interest in our brand.

Social Media Campaigns: Lead targeted growth marketing campaigns on LinkedIn utilizing LinkedIn Promo InMail and other social tactics to drive awareness and engage with key B2B audiences.

B2B Growth Marketing: Execute and track social media strategies aimed at growth leveraging data insights to optimize campaign performance.

SalesForce & HubSpot Management : Use SalesForce to manage campaign data monitor marketing interactions and assist in tracking content engagement metrics. Experience with HubSpot is a plus especially for automation and additional CRM integrations.

Contractor Engagement. Tailor content and messaging to resonate with contractors in the solar or renewable energy space enhancing relationships and improving engagement with our network.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product sales and customer success teams to align messaging and ensure a cohesive brand experience across all channels.

Competencies
-
Proven experience in creating blog posts case studies marketing flyers and other sales-driven content.

Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn B2B growth campaigns including InMail and other targeted outreach strategies.

Moderate experience with SalesForce; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.

Startup experience is highly valued especially in a fast-paced agile environment.

Experience in a heavily matrixed corporate environment is a plus.

Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear engaging content.

A strategic mindset with a strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and how to use data to drive decision-making.
Education/Experience
-
3+ years of B2B marketing experience required.
-
2+ years of experience in content marketing preferably with contractor engagement or solar/renewable residential energy sector experience.
Physical Demands
The physical requirements outlined are essential for performing the core duties of this role.

Primary responsibilities involve regular speaking listening standing walking using hands to handle or feel objects and reaching with arms.

Occasionally the role may require sitting climbing balancing stooping kneeling crouching or crawling. Employees must be able to frequently lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.

Vision requirements include the ability to focus at close and long distances distinguish colors maintain peripheral awareness perceive depth and make precise focus adjustments.
