Job Description: The B2B Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in crafting targeting and segmentation strategies, executing email campaigns, and spearheading online initiatives to elevate Freedom Energy's market presence and foster business growth. This position demands proactive engagement in integrated marketing programs while actively contributing to the development of innovative initiatives aligned with company objectives and client aspirations.
We seek a candidate with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing and lead generation, proficient in CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot, adept at multitasking, and committed to driving results through analytics-driven approaches. The ideal candidate should be a tech-savvy professional with a knack for devising creative prospecting strategies and enhancing client experiences within a collaborative team environment. The B2B Marketing Specialist will report to the individual specified in the most recent version of the company organization chart.

Job Responsibilities:
- Spearhead list-building activities and refine targeting and segmentation efforts.
- Contribute to the development of top and middle-of-the-funnel marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, website enhancements, client surveys, and forms.
- Manage the ZoomInfo relationship, oversee marketing database management, and ensure data quality standards.
- Drive impactful thought leadership initiatives relevant to the energy industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost brand awareness, foster inbound leads, and enhance engagement.
- Utilize marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and streamline marketing activities such as white papers, market updates, and webinars.
- Conduct competitive intelligence research and support sales with relevant documentation.
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and content marketing efforts.
- Utilize CRM systems for campaign setup, distribution, and performance analysis.
- Monitor marketing and sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and audience preferences to recommend new campaign strategies.
- Measure, analyze, and report on marketing activities.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-5 years of marketing and lead generation experience, preferably in the B2B energy industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, and other relevant marketing systems.
- Experience in managing results-driven marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Certifications in Salesforce, HubSpot, or other relevant areas are advantageous.
- Experience in digital marketing, including PPC campaigns and SEO/SEM.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development is a plus.
