B2B Sales Methodology Leader (Remote)

Job Purpose:
This position has accountability to identify, develop and implement different sales methodologies across our various B2B channels as needed. For example, the current focus is Strategic Account Management. This role helps influence the shaping the future of account teams and function of account teams in driving future sales growth inside and outside the CU market. This position leads staff through different stages of prioritized seller motions with the right tools, skills, technologies, and actions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Educate and showcase a disciplined approach around key sales methodologies, such as, strategic account management to ensure we effectively promote our differentiated capabilities and demonstrating customer value.
- Understand the business strategy, goals and plans based of the different B2B channels to provide consultation in Sales Enablement programs.
- Lead an effective measurement strategy for strong ROI and make data-informed revisions to the enablement programs needed.
- In collaboration with Learning and Development, help drive change management process and cultural transformation among various cross-functional teams to ensure we are operating with a customer lens.
- Serve as a power user for our selected technology platforms on new user training. Leverage ongoing enhancements to drive project execution, reporting, value quantification and other strategic account management metrics.
- Consult on ways to optimizes employee and organization effective use of sales enablement strategy for expected results.
- Conduct analysis, monitor success for best practices to ensure ongoing improvements to all levels of different sales methodology programs.
- Proactive communication by providing performance indicators and recommendations based on insights driven from measurement data.
- Lead and hold team's accountability for execution without direct reporting structure.
- Lead staff on prioritizing and executing on key sales motions.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Training, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of generally related experience in a combination of Sales Enablement, B2B sales and/or Sales Operations
- Strong experience in understanding of key value drivers that drive decision making.
- Proven track record of influencing change and holding leaders accountable by leveraging excellent written and written skills.
- Prior Leadership experience in developing staff that creates an inclusive and diverse working environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in various type of customer facing settings.
- Ability to be both flexible and collaborative in a team-oriented environment to achieve desired outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage and lead multiple projects and tasks to successful completion.
- Ability to manage ambiguity.
Preferred Skillset:
- Strong understanding of B2B sales environment with the ability to navigate and influence vertically and horizontally.
- Have a strong strategic mindset by having the ability to translate a conceptual framework into action. (Can show you have done this in previous roles.)

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.
Base Salary Range:
$98,200.00 - $147,400.00
