As the B2C Sales Manager at UniHomes, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for selling shared utility and broadband contracts to our diverse customer base of student and professional house-sharers. You’ll work closely with the B2C Telesales Team Leader, who manages a team of Telesales Executives, some of whom work seasonally. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimising sales processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective B2C sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, training and performance management to the B2C Telesales Team Leader and their team of Telesales Executives.
- Monitor team KPIs, analyse sales data, and provide actionable insights to enhance performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Support, etc.) to align sales efforts and campaign plans with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager to analyse the customer journey and customer satisfaction metrics and make corrections to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Handle customer complaint escalations effectively.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness, and implement new sales tools and technologies as needed.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience in B2C Sales Management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A passion for customer service and sales excellence.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.Â
- A strong understanding of the student market and their needs.
