BA D365 Finance & Supply Chain - Director Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for executive-level consulting professionals to join our practice management team as a Consulting Director. Our ideal candidate has a breadth of knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain solutions, industry best practices, business processes and technology designs.

As a Consulting Director, you are responsible for leading both business development efforts and managing projects for current and new clients. You will drive the business development process from initial account meeting to solution definition and estimating the proposal development to deal closure. Additionally, you will also manage consulting projects through all phases of the project lifecycle. The Consulting Director will ideally have a proven background of Consulting Solutions implementation in one of our industries or extensive Practice Management experience with Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain.

In this role, you will be accountable for:

• Practice Management
• People Management
• Portfolio/Delivery Management
• Sales Enablement

To ensure the overall success of the implementation and support of Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain software and the management of projects.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of selling and delivering consulting solutions in ERP environments
• 5+ years of working with and leading consulting projects and consulting management experience with financial and managerial responsibilities
• Experience with Retail, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, Industrial Products, or Government Contracting industry experience highly desired
• Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to our industries
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships at the executive level
• Proficient in using sales and negotiation techniques and tools
• Demonstrated experience working with ERP and other implementation methodology and program management techniques
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Undergraduate or graduate degree, preferably in an IT related field, accounting or similar degrees
• Dynamics AX/365 certifications highly desired
• D365 Power Platform implementation experience. preferred
