Job Description:
The Client Operations Team works in conjunction with all other teams across BAAM such as the Investor Relations, Legal & Compliance, Fund Accounting, Reporting, and Middle Office Teams. The comparatively small size of this group not only offers analysts the opportunity to liaise with every team across the BAAM platform, but also provides an opportunity to manage relationships with our third-party providers and interact directly with clients. As such, analysts assume significant responsibility and integral roles.
The analyst will work on a variety of matters relating to client investments in the various products offered under BAAM. Primary job responsibilities will include:
- Oversight and processing of client directed transactions, including commitments, subscriptions, redemptions and transfers, as well as other non-standard trade types.
- Working in conjunction with various BAAM teams such as the Investor Relations, Legal & Compliance, Fund Accounting, Reporting, and Middle Office Teams in order to execute Client trades and respond to Client queries
- Liaising and managing service providers such as the Fund Administrators in relation to Investor trade documentation, annual questionnaires and ad hoc client requests as well as trade reconciliation
- Managing direct interaction with clients on various requests
- Maintenance of various databases in connection with client investments
- Providing reports for various internal teams
Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. The successful candidate should have:
- 2+ years of relevant experience from financial services preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask to meet numerous deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment and individually.

Expected annual base salary range:
$100,000 - $125,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
