Back-End Engineer

You will help us build our main backend infrastructure and API services from the ground up. We place a high premium on communication, good design and clean implementation. Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in Java/Kotlin
• Experience with spring framework ecosystem
• Experience with observability tools
• Experience with SQL/No SQL databases
• Experience in designing domain models and web apis
• Quality oriented approach to software development
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with ML centric systems would be a plus

Responsibilities: 

• Work with a team of backend and DevOps engineers
• Write high quality code with test coverage
• Participate in code reviews
• Develop services from model design to support in production.
• To be not afraid of difficult engineering problems such as
• Extracting services from monolith,
• Complex data migrations
• Massive refactoring etc
