Back-End Java/AWS Developer

Job Description ull Stack Software Engineer (Back-End) - Duties: Responsible for day-to-day activities associated with designing, building and supporting an innovative Consumption Platform and Analyst Workbench built on top of Data Lakes, leverage Data Pipelines, Big Data environments on AWS Cloud especially EKS and EMR. Embrace leading-edge technologies and methodologies to support the business and work closely with Database, Engineering, Architecture, Risk, and Development teams within and across the lines of business (LOB). Design and develop advanced Full solutions and high-performance processing and analytics. Responsible for applications building variety of MicroServices and Data Services for Big Data environments, including Kubernetes, Spark , Python/PySpark. Develop next-generation backend services using Network and Storage Technologies and Container platforms, such as Docker, Kubernetes (with EKS), and NoSQL data stores. Work on Cloud development stacks, including Public cloud providers, such as AWS/Azure/Google Cloud. . Integrate new tools with infrastructure Keon, Active Directory, EPV, AWS IAM. Work with MPP (Massively Parallel Processing) databases, which include SnowFlake and RedShift, Business intelligence and reporting tools, such as Tableau and Data Warehousing technologies. Work on Cloud development stacks, such as AWS/Azure. Engage with technology and business leadership to evolve architectural principles and ensure alignment with technology solutions with these principles. Responsible for horizontally scalable and highly available system design and implementation with focus on performance and resiliency. Responsible for profiling, debugging, and performance tuning complex distributed systems.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• 5-7+ Experience
• 5+ Java, Sprint Framework
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture (Kubernetes mainly) disciplines
• Advanced knowledge of architecture and design (Microservices, Kafka, Event Driven Architectures) across all systems
• Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages (Java mainly)
• Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
• Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
• Passionate about building an innovative culture
