Back-end Python/PHP Developer (20hrs/week Contractor, 6 month project)

We are looking for a US-based Back-End Python&PHP Developer to help us support one of our biggest tech partners for 6 months with an expected workload of 20 hours per week.

Our client is a global technology company that is growing and has an important presence in the technology industry. For this reason, we are looking for a Backend Developer with good knowledge and experience in Python and PHP. The project is a connector applicator of a task management application, integrating with Jira.

We are looking for a Contractor with at least 3 years of experience for a 20-hours-a-week workload who will be working within our Professional Services and Technical Consulting Team.

This a contract opportunity of 6 months. The start date is mid-April to early May.

Responsibilities include:

• Participate in architecture and code reviews.
• Deploy backend development.
• Back-end development using Python and PHP.
• Connector of the task management application.

Requirements

• Experience in modern PHP with type annotations and static analysis tools
• Comprehensive experience working on APIs including back-end and customer-facing of at least 3 years
• Experience and knowledge in SQL is mandatory
• Hands-on experience with Python and React
• Agile knowledge is a plus
• Must be located in the United States

This position is not eligible for visa assistance/sponsorship or relocation assistance. Although the position is hybrid/remote, preferential consideration will be given to candidates based locally to the country’s office in order to better collaborate with our team.
