• Design and construct advanced backend infrastructure using cutting-edge data pipelines.
• Scale distributed applications while maintaining the highest standards of code quality and efficiency.
• Analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot issues and continuously seek areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and Product Managers to define product features and integrate innovative technologies.
• Develop high-quality software that undergoes rigorous unit testing, thorough code reviews, and frequent integration.
• Actively participate in code and design reviews, helping us uphold our stringent development standards.
• Address and resolve production issues spanning various services and layers of the technology stack.
• Engage seamlessly in collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the organization.Top of FormTop of Form

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience as a Backend developer.

Mandatory Skills:

• Dedication to enhancing efficiency, improving user experiences, and refining processes.
• Exceptional project and time management capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective verbal and written communication.
• Proven experience in developing distributed backend software and frameworks.
• Excellent proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Java, Python, or Go.
• Competency in working with databases such as PostgreSql and mySQL.
• Understanding of functional programming and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Previous involvement in microservices, containers, Message Queues, Flink, or similar technologies.
• Building REST-based APIs.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., SVN, GIT).
• Practical knowledge of computer science principles, data structures, and operating systems concepts.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with network protocols.
• Knowledge in the SASE space.
• Experience with event streaming platforms like Kafka.
• Proficiency in using CI/CD pipelines, particularly Gitlab/Jenkins.
• Exposure to time-series databases such as clickHouse and Druid.
• Familiarity with circuit breaker frameworks like Hystrix.

Compensation: $140,000 to $180,000 + bonus + benefits + stock
